TO: Larry P. Haley 

BEFORE ME, the undersigned notary, and in the presence of the two undersigned competent witnesses, personally came and appeared: Michelle A. Angeline, a person of full age and majority and a resident of Bay County, who declared that she does by these presents, make, name, and appoint Larry P. Haley, a person of full age and majority and a resident of Bay County, to be her true and lawful agent and attorney in fact to act for her and in her name, place and stead to sell the hereinafter described immovable property, and to appear before any notary public and execute an Act of Sale, transferring and conveying with full warranty the following described property:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OF LAND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and being situated in Bay County, Florida …. Said principal further declares that she does hereby authorize said attorney in fact to incorporate in said act of sale such terms, conditions, and agreements as said attorney in fact shall deem proper in his own sole discretion, to sign all papers, documents and acts necessary to transfer and convey the hereinabove described property, to receive and receipt for the proceeds thereof and to do any and all things said attorney in fact, in his sole discretion, deems necessary and proper in connection therewith.

The principal does further declare that she does hereby give and grant unto said attorney in fact full and complete power to perform any and all acts necessary and proper in the premises as fully as said principal herself could do if she were personally present and acting for herself, and that said principal does hereby ratify and confirm whatever her attorney in fact does or may do by virtue of this power of attorney.

And, now appears Larry P. Haley, attorney in fact who declares that he hereby accepts said power of attorney and agrees and consents to the terms and conditions of the herein contained power ...
