Thanks guys.  We enjoyed using your plans.  I have built many sheds over the years but your plans cut cost, time and waste down to a minimum.  
We built this 10X12 in 5 days.

We made some modifications that took the cost up to under $1,000. We used hurricane clips, steel gussets, set on cemented 4x4 posts with 3 runners and almost everything is screwed together.

Your plans and cut list were right on the money – not even 1 shingle left over.  This project was fun to build!!!!
